Delete your account

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account. Sending it from that address is how we confirm the request is really yours - we will not delete an account on someone else’s say-so.

You do not need the app installed, and you do not need to be able to sign in.

Your account and the personal data attached to it: your email address, your display name and username, your profile picture, your quiz answers and scores, your check-ins, and the ledger entries that name you.

We remove all of it within 30 days of the request, and we will email you once it is done.

Group results that other people took part in are kept, with your name removed. A quiz round has scores for everyone who played it; erasing one player’s row would silently change what the other players see as their own history.

Nothing kept this way identifies you. It is not linked to your email, your name, or any account.

We do not have a self-service way to delete part of your data while keeping your account. If there is something specific you want removed, email us and we will tell you whether we can do it.
